i met up with an old friend yesterday.
it's been years since we last saw each other and as fate would have put it, we crossed paths at petron nlex, while we were on our way home from neil's wedding. i went into mcdonald's to buy a sundae when i saw him. needless to say, it was a very nice surprise. i think i was so shocked to see him after all these years that i forgot to ask for his number. so i contacted him via friendster. to make the long story short, we decided to meet up.
we had dinner and coffee at basilio's (good food, by the way) and then he showed me his condo. we started with watching sarah mclachlan's concert dvd and then he played the guitar while we both sang. then we imported music into my ipod (my song count ballooned up to 1700+ from 200+) and even listened to rex navarette's shows. by then it was late and i needed to go home.
i had a really fun night. it's always great to catch up with old friends and this is no exception. my only wish is that we won't wait for two years to do this again.
